US domestic shipping

1. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your invoice and an email with your tracking information.

3. To follow the delivery of your order, we invite you to visit UPS.com.

4. You will receive your order, within an estimated time of 3-7 working days (weekends and holidays excluded)

International shipping

We are not currently offering international shipping. If you are purchasing from Antigua and Barbuda, we will reach out to you by email or Whatsapp to set up pick-up or an evening delivery service.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Botanique does accept returns.

Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt or gift voucher. Botaniqué Studios reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

We cannot accept your return if the item has been opened.

We do not cover return costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but please email us if you are considering that option, and we will try to find a way to assist you.

Botaniqué honors exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please reach out to customer service to initiate the process.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to customer service and initiate the process.

We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, but it may take longer depending on the complexity of the design, availability of raw material, and the nature of customizations (if any).
